Staff at the Westmorland Farm Shops, located at the award winning Tebay Services, are celebrating this week after making it into the final three in the Farm shop of the Year category in the prestigious Butcher's Shop of the Year Awards 2008.  The Farm Shop has been shortlisted after opening the first and only Butcher's Counter on a British Motorway in March 2008 and establishing a unique Farm to Fork partnership.

We wanted to let our customers know that we are submitting a planning application in December for a new motorway service area on the M5 (both north and southbound) near Cheltenham in Gloucestershire. This opportunity came to us through a local Gloucestershire chairty who identified a site for the development of a motorway service area.
