Bright Ideas
We know that many of our staff have great ideas for how we can make improvements around the business for both customers and our staff, and we are really keen to hear about these.
We have developed a suggestion scheme for those who are keen to share their idea's. We have bright idea's boxes so staff members can post their suggestions and we reply to every sensible idea providing feedback on the idea and wether or not we have been able to implement it. Every 3 months the ideas are reviewed by judging panel and a prize is awarded for the best idea received.
